Youth business and IT Initiative (YBIZII) is a an organization that is tasked with the responsibilities of fostering growth and development of individuals,in the entire spectrum of the society, through Entrepreneurship and Information Technology Initiatives. Founded in 2006, operating as YBIZII, from its Lagos office at Orelope, Egbeda. At present YBIZII has a full complement of 10 members of staff and works with consultants of high reputation with vast experience in the I.T industries.

Strategic Goals

1. To establish a viable center that will provide high bandwidth Internet connectivity; network of computers and communication gadgets that will facilitate the I.T growth and commercial skills of youths across the African sub-region.
   
2. To establish and operate a resource center for other I.T and entrepreneurial initiative NGOs to receive support for their projects.
   
3. To facilitate the development and deployment of new and relevant development solutions through the use of various I.T tools.
   
4. To empower youths by creating access to knowledge so as to catalyze the making of informed choices on social issues.

Objectives

1. To use Information Technology for Development.
   
2. To meet strategic resource management needs of youths and other client in information Technology and Entrepreneurship.

Empowerment policy
Our empowerment policies is to facilitate the I.T growth and commercial skills of youths across the African sub-region for a specified period of time and in which a soft loan will be given to successful participants to empower them to turn their skills to profit through our empowerment scheme with a partnership bank.

What we do
Adopting and Adapting Information Technology for Development through our program areas which are: Information Technology and Entrepreneurship. Other services we render include: Web development, Training, Networking, Technical/System Support and Administration.
